A cross-section of the work I do — from large-scale infrastructure and energy projects down to private villa builds. Different scale, same job: independent technical eyes on the project, aligned with the owner. The projects below are here to give you a sense of how I actually work — where I get involved, what I look at, and what changes when someone reads a project from the owner's side of the table.

Villa Frequency

A private hillside villa in Koh Samui, built by investors for their own network and business. As owner's representative I handled the developer coordination, planning reviews, architect meetings and quality control — reading every submission from the owner's side, from concrete shell to handover.

Villa Dubai

A villa in Al Barari, Dubai, built by a group of project developers. I supported them on all technical questions throughout — regular exchange calls, straight advice and a clear position when decisions needed one. An engineer you can call, not a report you have to chase.

2GW HGÜ Anlage

A 2-gigawatt HVDC transmission line — one of the backbone projects of Germany's grid expansion. As Construction Lead I own everything on the build side, from the ground up to completion. Where the line gets built, this is my responsibility.
