A couple invested in this hillside villa on Koh Samui — a build for their own network and business. From the start they wanted me involved: to support them, to run the contact with the site management and the construction company, and to handle the technical topics that come up along the way.

That is most of the work. I managed the planning and the coordination, answered the questions as they came, and took on the things that decide whether a project stays on track — variation orders, changes in scope, delays, bad-weather stretches. All of it read from the owner's side of the table, not the contractor's. I was on site at key points during the build, most recently in May, but the steering runs continuously — you don't wait for the next visit to catch what's drifting.

I stayed on this project from the first plans through to handover. When you put capital into a build run by other people, someone has to hold the technical line for you at every step. On Villa Frequency, that was mine.
