As a civil engineer with experience across large scale developments and multiple delivery phases, I have supported and led construction intensive projects from early structuring through to execution. Working within technically demanding environments has shaped a clear belief: complex projects do not fail because of engineering. They fail because of missing alignment, unclear interfaces and unmanaged risk.
