Andreas Postler
NÉRA Consulting was founded with one clear intention: to bring structure, clarity and delivery strength into complex projects.
As a civil engineer with experience across large-scale developments and multiple delivery phases, I have supported and led construction-intensive projects from early structuring through to execution. Working within technically demanding environments has shaped a clear belief: complex projects do not fail because of engineering. They fail because of missing alignment, unclear interfaces and unmanaged risk.
